Gimme just enough to take us to the mornin. Oh, girl, I've known you very well I've seen you growing every day I never really looked before But now you take my breath away Suddenly you're in my life Part of everything I do You got me working day and night Just tryin' to keep a hold on you Here in your arms I found my paradise My only chance for happiness And if I lose you now, I think I would die Oh, say you'll always be my baby, we can.

The Bee Gees' Hall of Fame citation says, "Only Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, Garth Brooks and Paul McCartney have outsold the Bee Gees." The group sang recognisable three-part tight harmonies Robin's clear vibrato lead vocals were a hallmark of their earlier hits, while Barry's R&B falsetto became their signature sound during the mid-to-late 1970s and 1980s. The trio were successful for most of their decades of recording music, but they had two distinct periods of exceptional success: as a popular music act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and as prominent performers of the disco music era in the mid-to-late 1970s. For 5 of those same weeks, another of their song from the same album was 2, Staying Alive. The Bee Gee’s song Night Fever spent eight weeks at 1 in America, longer than any other song at that point. Their lineup consisted of brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. Today’s song of the day is Night Fever by the popular 1970’s disco group Bee Gees. The Bee Gees were a pop music group formed in 1958.
